Syn's Personal Notes about the Autographed Synyster Gates Acoustic Guitar Trans Black Burst Satin
This acoustic is ideal for a wide array of musical styles. The cutaway allows for access to the higher frets for soloing. I played this acoustic on songs like “Roman Sky” and “Hail to the King” at the Grammy Museum in support of the 2018 Grammy Awards to accomplish the difficult task of performing the leads in those songs. I also love the rhythm sound of this acoustic. Schecter did an amazing job achieving a giant and shimmering tone that’s usually difficult to find in a cutaway. This guitar plays amazingly, and to me, it feels limitless when playing the myriad styles that we love to incorporate in Avenged Sevenfold.
I also love the modern take on a vintage aesthetic. This Trans Black Satin Burst looks so unique yet also familiar to me, and I really appreciate the access I have to such unique features and designs from Schecter. You can also plug this bad boy in to get a cool sound in the studio whether you want to go direct into the console or through a couple of pedals to explore some really amazing textures. It certainly makes playing live a lot easier, as the guitar is very stage friendly. Mic it up, plug it in, or do both! The world is your oyster and this your guitar!
